Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for pieces that are unworn and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@lupinelaneco.com with your order number.

Final sale: earrings, for hygiene reasons, and everything in the Archive are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.
